چکیده

The usefulness of molecularly imprinted polymer assisted paper spray ionization mass spectrometry (MIP-PSI-MS) for the determination methamphetamine in urine has been demonstrated. MIP-PSI-MS is a method which MIP synthesized on surface paper, producing chemically selective with molecular recognition sites target analyte. analyte extracted by substrate, posteriorly used conventional PSI-MS analysis. As one most widely drugs abuse world, it was selected to be studied synthetic method. Methamphetamine detected at higher ion signals compared other different drugs, such as lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) and cocaine, suggesting that chemical affinity methamphetamine. In experiments validate method, linear calibration curve achieved R-squared (R2) > 0.99. Limit detection (LOD) limit quantification (LOQ) were determined 0.8 2.8 µg L-1, respectively. Precision (relative standard deviation) accuracy error) less than 10%, recoveries close 100%. matrix effect below 10%. These data demonstrate possibility using an analytical tool specific/selective analysis forensic sciences.

Molecularly imprinted TiO2-matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry for selectively detecting alpha-cyclodextrin.

This study describes a new means to conduct molecular recognition-based analysis using mass spectrometry. Taking advantage of the unique characteristic of the absorption capacity of the TiO(2) sol-gel material in the UV region, a TiO(2) sol-gel-deposited thin film was employed as the sample substrate to assist in UV laser desorption/ionization of analytes. Sol-gels are polymeric materials that ...

Electrostatic-spray ionization mass spectrometry.

An electrostatic-spray ionization (ESTASI) method has been used for mass spectrometry (MS) analysis of samples deposited in or on an insulating substrate. The ionization is induced by a capacitive coupling between an electrode and the sample. In practice, a metallic electrode is placed close to but not in direct contact with the sample. Upon application of a high voltage pulse to the electrode,...

Electrostatic spray ionization mass spectrometry imaging.

Imaging samples on a surface by mass spectrometry (MS) requires the combination of MS detection with a scanning mode that enables localized desorption and ionization and/or detection of sample analytes with good spatial resolution. We have developed a new mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) method based on electrostatic spray ionization. It works under ambient conditions and can be applied to a wid...
